Answer: pass the non-ring end of the belt through the slot at the
top edge of the cart.Then pass the non-ring end of the belt through
the ring end and tighten it.Then connect one end of the belt to the
cart.Put the snowboard on the wheelbarrow.Place the belt on the
snowboard and pass it through another slot on the top edge of the
wheelbarrow.Tighten and return to the top of the snowboard, then
push the magic patch together.

Each front ski one at a time first. If you pull upward on front of
ski you can slide them into place. Next place rear dooly next to
track at spot you want track to set upon it. Lift back straight up
high enough to clear rear dolly and move rear of sleds over dolly
and lower into place. Fairly simple to do.
